Product Introduction
ZP-27 is an automatic rotary tablet press that continuously compresses powder and particles into circular, irregular, dual color, and circular tablets. It has the advantages of high pressure and easy operation, and is the preferred product for large-scale production in pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic, food and other enterprises. It is also a suitable model for difficult to press materials and meets GMP production requirements.
Product Features
1. High output, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This machine adopts a dual compression method, with twice the output of single compression at the same speed. It has 27 dies, a maximum pressure of 100kN, a maximum compression diameter of 25mm, a maximum output of 90000/hour, and a maximum tablet thickness of 8mm.
2. Meets GMP requirements. The overall shell is customized with stainless steel, and the compression chamber is isolated from the external environment with organic glass, providing good sealing performance. All parts of the tablet press compartment that come into contact with drugs meet the requirements of "non-toxic, odorless, and corrosion-resistant"; The turntable is made of ductile iron and strictly adheres to a 12-month aging period. It is hard, wear-resistant, non-toxic, and smooth, fully meeting GMP requirements.
3. The equipment has high precision, stable weight, sensitive adjustment, and smooth operation.
3.1 The coaxiality of the upper, middle, and lower punch holes and the outer circular axis with respect to the center of the shaft hole is H8 (-0.165/0);
